Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Field Relationship Managers (FRM). In this role, you will meet customers directly, explain commercial property opportunities, and assist them in purchasing plots, land, office spaces, and godowns. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy field sales, customer interaction, and building a rewarding career in the real estate sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Visit customers based on company-provided leads.
- Travel to customer locations and conduct property discussions.
- Explain commercial property features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and address their queries.
- Convince customers and close property sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer meetings.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the local language of the respective city is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: 25,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: Approximately 21,200 per month (after PF & ESI deductions)
- Performance Incentives: 25,000 30,000+ per month
- Petrol allowance provided for field travel.
