To develop / identify / update new consumers Commercial, Industrial and Special Category (Educational Institutes / Hospitals) to sale power under Group Captive / Third Party Sale. It involves

To develop, track the GC compliance documentation, maintain the Status tracker for the documentation as and when required by the Company.

Ensure that the Traders/Intermediaries are delivering the required services commensurate to the fee paid for the respective month.

Track various regulatory orders, notices, notes, OM, Gazette notification in TN impacting the project.

Extensive travelling across the state to meet the requirement of Power Sale

To prepare a District wise list of potential consumers and do the mapping





Collection / Study of their Electricity Bills and analyze

Coordination with plant and Consumer/Traders for Monthly Allocation

Maintaining relationship with consumers to ensure Receivable Collection on time.

To prepare proposals

To study the PPA & SHA (duly approved), negotiate the terms and conditions in line with company norms and close the deal

In case of Sale to Board, should study the DISCOM PPA, suggest changes and help to complete the formality

In case of change in consumer in any SPV

To find current consumer of the same category with right capacity.
