We are looking for an experienced AWS Migration Architect with strong expertise in AWS Cloud Migration, AWS Landing Zone Creation, Terraform, OS Upgrade, and Disaster Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end migration of workloads from On-Premises environments to AWS Cloud.
- Perform end-to-end migration of workloads from VMware environments to AWS Cloud.
- Lead migration activities including assessment, planning, migration execution, cutover, validation, and post-migration support.
- Design and implement AWS Landing Zones from scratch.
- Explain and demonstrate step-by-step AWS Landing Zone creation and implementation.
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available AWS architectures.
- Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Execute operating system upgrade and modernization activities for Windows and Linux servers.
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery solutions and business continuity strategies in AWS.
- Work with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in On-Premises to AWS Cloud Migration.
- Hands-on experience in VMware to AWS Cloud Migration.
- Must have completed End-to-End Migration projects.
- Must have completed End-to-End AWS Landing Zone Creation.
- Solid AWS Architecture experience.
- Strong Terraform experience.
- Experience with OS upgrades and infrastructure modernization.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery implementation.
- Ability to explain migration approach, landing zone setup, architecture decisions, cutover strategy, rollback process, and DR design during technical discussions.
