- Manage and monitor batch job scheduling using Control-M.
- Create, modify, and maintain job schedules to ensure timely execution of business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures and scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize workflow automation.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling tool.
- Understanding of batch processing and workflow automation.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments.
- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.
