Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Business Development & Sales

- Drive project sales for Construction Chemicals (Admixtures, Waterproofing, Repair Solutions, Flooring, etc.)
- Identify and secure new construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and collections
- 2. Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Build robust relationships with:
- Builders & Developers
- Contractors & Applicators
- Architects & Consultants

- Ensure product approvals/specifications in key projects
- Manage and grow key accounts in the region
- 3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings




- Identify market opportunities and recommend go-to-market strategies
- Provide insights for product development and positioning
- 4. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with:

- Technical Services Team for site trials and approvals
- Supply Chain for timely deliveries
- Finance for collections and credit control

- Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- 5. Financial & Operational Discipline
- Ensure healthy receivables and credit management
- Optimize pricing and margins

Preferred candidate profile

6 - 8 years of Channel Sales experience in Construction Chemicals products

Should know local language.
