Paid Marketing Lead

About Navia:

Navia Markets Ltd is a SEBI-registered stock brokerage with 30+ years of legacy. We are looking for a hands-on Paid Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own paid acquisition strategy, budgets, and performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Email Marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversions, account openings, and activations.
- Lead creative planning, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign execution with design/content teams.
- Analyze campaign and CRM data to optimize budgets and customer acquisition.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
- Build performance dashboards and present insights to leadership.




- Ensure campaigns comply with SEBI advertising guidelines.
- Mentor and manage the Growth Marketing Executive.
- Requirements:

- 36 years of experience in Performance/Paid Marketing.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Experience using AI tools for campaign automation and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing ad budgets with ownership of CAC and ROAS.
- Experience with Email Marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fintech/BFSI experience is preferred.

- Consistent reporting and high-performing paid campaigns.
