MIS Executive for a FMCG Co at Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com/BBA/B.Sc./BCA preferred)

CTC: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM

Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.

MALE candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Distribution, Inventory, and Management.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple departments.
- Analyze sales performance, stock movement, and business trends.
- Generate dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and update master data with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for data collection and report preparation.
- Prepare ad hoc reports based on business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Support business planning through meaningful data analysis and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce,



Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, or Data Executive, preferably in an FMCG company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query preferred).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
