Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ATF Developer with robust expertise in Automated Test Framework (ATF) development and ServiceNow platform testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and workflows.

The candidate will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality platform releases through automation, regression testing, and continuous validation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

- Build reusable test suites for ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Validate platform functionality, workflows, forms, portals, and integrations through automated testing.





- Perform regression, integration, and functional testing for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

- Create and execute API test scenarios using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams during sprint cycles and release activities.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve testing-related defects and issues.

- Develop and maintain test documentation, test plans, and execution reports.

- Support CI/CD and DevOps-driven testing initiatives within the ServiceNow platform.

- Ensure testing standards, quality processes, and ServiceNow best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow ATF.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Automated Test Framework (ATF)

- Test Suite creation and execution

- API testing and validation

- Regression and functional testing

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.

- Experience using:

- Postman

- SOAP UI

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as:

- ITSM

- HRSD

- CSM

- Service Portal

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Additional ServiceNow certifications are an added advantage.
