We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for recruiting the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary
18,000 – 30,000 (Based on experience and performance)
