Job Title: Apigee Senior Developer

Experience Range: 8- 15 Years

Location: Chennai

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full time education

Job Description:

- Design, develop, and implement API solutions using Google Apigee Edge/Apigee X/Hybrid.
- Create and manage API Proxies, Shared Flows, Flow Hooks, API Products, Developers, and Developer Apps.
- Develop secure and scalable APIs adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
- Implement API security mechanisms including: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML,API Key, mTLS
- Threat Protection Policies
- Design and implement API mediation, transformation, routing, and orchestration.
- Integrate backend systems, microservices,



and third-party applications through APIs.
- Configure traffic management policies such as:
- Spike Arrest
- Quota
- Rate Limiting
- Caching
- Troubleshoot and resolve API performance, security, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor APIs using Apigee Analytics and operational dashboards.
- Work closely with architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in API governance initiatives and API lifecycle management.
- Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
