We are seeking a results-driven and strategic "Head - Digital Marketing" to lead our online business services vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for getting new clients, pitching to prospects needing digital marketing services, submitting customized business proposals to suit each prospect's social media / online needs, and execute campaigns to the satisfaction of each client thus signed-up-with.

This job will also involve developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote clients' products, services, and brand. The role requires expertise in digital channels, campaign optimization, analytics - Google, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, etc. Sound knowledge of SEO - on-page & off-page, ways & means to develop domain authority to augment clients' online stature are needed. Expertise to ideate and execute economic ways for clients to acquire leads and grow their business is an added requirement.

- Provide winning ideas to prospects in a persuasive manner and turn pitches into contracts with customers
- After signing up, develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, website content, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media presence to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for successful execution of digital campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
