We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing function. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, a strong leadership background, and a proven track record of achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximise performance.
- Drive plot sales through direct sales and channel partner networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure target achievement.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Submit regular sales reports and MIS to the management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales,
preferably in plotted developments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in managing large sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Industry
- Male Candidates with 90% of their experience in the Real Estate industry will be given preference.
