TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Trainers for the Nayara Energy Project across India. The role involves delivering high-impact training programs for Retail Outlet staff (FSMs & Managers) to enhance their operational efficiency, customer service, and product knowledge.

Location: Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions for Retail Outlet employees (FSMs, Managers).

- Ensure consistent delivery of Nayara Energy training modules across assigned territories.

- Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and project teams for training schedules and reporting.

- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and feedback reports.





- Travel extensively to various retail outlets within assigned regions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of training experience in any of the following industries:
- Petroleum Retail
- Telecom
- FMCG
- Automotive or related fields

Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English, Hindi, and local regional language.
Robust presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.

Own smartphone & Laptop mandatory for coordination and reporting
