This is an Unpaid Internship.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS using MS Excel.
- Support job posting activities across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview feedback and recruitment updates.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned recruitment and coordination activities.
- Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) or any related discipline.
- 2026 or 2027 pass-outs are preferred.




- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in Recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
