Job Summary

Looking for experienced OpenText Exstream Developers to design, develop, and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions for enterprise document generation and customer correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer communications using OpenText Exstream
- Create and maintain templates, forms, statements, invoices, and correspondence documents
- Develop dynamic document generation solutions based on business requirements
- Work with data mapping, document composition, and output management
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications and data sources
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization
- Support implementation, enhancements, and production support activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver CCM solutions

Requirements





- 6–13 years of IT experience with robust expertise in OpenText Exstream
- Hands-on experience in Exstream Design Manager, Communications Server, and Runtime Engine
- Experience in document composition, template development, and output generation
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, data mapping, and document workflows
- Experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and support projects

Preferred Skills

- OpenText Exstream Certification
- Experience with Interactive Communications
- Knowledge of CCM migration projects
- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Healthcare domains
- Experience with PDF, Print, Email, and Digital Communication channels
