Alumini Engagement Officer:

- Post College news, updates, Alumni Achievements ets., on official KCG Tech Facebook group/page/

- Maintain and update website, official alumni chapters groups on facebook and linkedin and ensure that more alumni are traced and added to the groups. All final year students to be registered on website and facebook groups.

- Cjecl alumni email ID and attend to specific requests of Alumni.

- Verify member requests on Alumni website and alumni facebook groups, and add alumni after verification of their credentials.

- Ensure that maximum alumni visit the official alumni groups.

- Organise jubilee and annual alumni reunions.

- Publish newsletters - collect information and articles throughout the year.

- Coordinate meetings and maintain minutes of meetings.





- Update database on an ongoing basis in coordination with department alumni coordinator.

- Social media handles monitoring and handling.

- Organise Alumni lectures/workshops in coordination with department alumni coordinators .

- Alumni data/statistics requested for variuos purpose by officials to be prepared and sent to them in specified formats.

- Coordinate with officer bearers.

- Assistance to other HGI units in all matters related to Alumni associations and alumni events.

- To carry out any other work assigned from time to time by the management.

- To carry out the administration work given by the Director office.
