We are seeking an analytical and proactive Government Tender Executive to join our Chennai team to secure high-value consulting and service contracts within the public sector.

The Government Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end bidding process for state and central government consultancy, licensing, and service-based tenders. You will be responsible for identifying service opportunities, analyzing eligibility, and compiling winning proposals on various e-procurement portals.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

Designation: Tender Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Chennai

Experience: min. 2-3 Years in Govt.Tendering (Real Estate/Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

- Portal Management: Daily monitoring of TN Tenders (tntenders.gov.in), CPPP, and GeM portals for relevant real estate, land development, or civil works opportunities.
- Documentation: End-to-end preparation of bid documents, including Technical Bids, Financial Bids (BOQ), and coordinating EMD/Bank Guarantees.
- Compliance: Ensuring all submissions align with TNRERA guidelines and Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act.
- Online Submission:



Flawlessly upload bids on e-tendering portals, ensuring all digital signatures (DSC) and attachments are correct before the deadline.
- Liaison (Post-Bid Tracking): Coordinating and attending pre-bid meetings with government authorities (e.g., CMDA, TNHB, PWD), track technical evaluations, handle post-submission clarifications, and manage the release of EMDs for closed bids.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Tamil Nadu State Govt. portals and GeM.
- Robust understanding of NIT (Notice Inviting Tender) analysis and eligibility criteria.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must for BOQ preparation).
- Fluent in English and Tamil (for reading government gazettes and coordinating with local officials).

Should possess confidence to work on large-scale state infrastructure projects
