Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries generated through Digital Marketing leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build relationships with customers, developers, and investors.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and convert prospects into buyers.
- Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
