Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of platform capabilities, follow best development practices,



and actively contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work on workflows, integrations, scripting, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal development.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.

- Recommend out-of-box solutions wherever applicable instead of unnecessary customizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

- Support deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution activities.

Required Skills:

- 5+ / 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Solid experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integrations.

- Experience across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

- Ability to estimate tasks realistically and participate in technical solution discussions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
