Key Responsibilities
- Conduct role mining workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
- Analyze user access data to identify patterns and design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Implement and maintain role structures within Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
platforms.
- Ensure role design complies with organizational security policies and governance standards.
- Support Identity Governance, Access Certification, and Application Onboarding activities.
- Create documentation, best practices, and technical guidelines for role mining processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver IAM projects within timelines.
Required Skills
- 3 5 years of experience in Role Mining and RBAC implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar IGA/IAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Certification, and access management concepts.
- Experience analyzing user access data and designing enterprise RBAC models.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for automation and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD.
- Exposure to Application Onboarding and Access Reviews.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.
- Experience working in global or offshore delivery environments.
