Job Description :
1-3 years of experience in generic banking .
Exceptions may be considered on a case-to-case basis depending on the candidates current experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business groups and teams
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
Ability to actively participate in and drive change initiatives
Solid collaboration, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
High sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to drive results
Ability to handle diverse workloads and tight timelines
Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and flexible approach with the ability to learn new technologies/applications quickly
Ability to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, wherever possible
This unit provides Treasury and Payment Backoffice of Canadian account servicing team.
- Transaction Processing: Verify and record customer transactions, including transfers, deposits, and payments.
Settlement & Reconciliation: Manage settlements, clear trades, and perform accounting reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Documentation & Administration: Maintain meticulous records, process loan/credit documents, and handle data entry. Internal Support: Assist sales and front-office teams by resolving administrative queries, handling trade inquiries, and monitoring transaction deadlines.
