Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT
Cisco professional-level certifications (CCNP, CCDP)
ITIL Foundation certification

Skills & Experience:
5+ years in network operations, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, SDWAN, HSRP, IPSLA
Switching: ACI Fabric, Catalyst, Nexus, VPC, LACP, PAGP, STP
Firewalls: Checkpoint, FortiGate,



Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, McAfee IPS
Load Balancers: F5 LTM, Citrix, Radware GLB
VPNs, NAT/PAT, IPSEC site-to-site
Automation: Ansible, Python, Terraform

Role Highlights:
Manage LAN/WAN technologies including VLAN, VPN, MPLS
Ensure SLA-driven delivery and service improvement
Troubleshoot enterprise and production network issues
Work within ITIL framework for change/incident management
Conduct audits, prepare reports, coordinate with ISPs/vendors
Be part of a 24/7/365 global IT environment
