He/She will assist in procedures as and when needed
He/She will ensure prompt and protected movement of files and documents between the various departments A Patient Care Coordinator will accompany patients to respective counters/wards.
He/She will respond to patient s request for information and offer proper guidance. A Patient Care Coordinator will facilitate the collection and return of medical records to and from the respective departments.
He/She will check the respective patient s medical records for any notes/cross consultation.
He/She will attend to instructions of the doctors and assist them as and when required.
