Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Ocean Export Operations for FCL & LCL shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters, CHA, and overseas agents.
- Manage booking placements, vessel schedules, and shipment execution.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI).
- Coordinate issuance and amendments of HBL & MBL.
- Monitor cargo movement, stuffing, customs clearance, and shipment departures.
- Provide timely shipment updates and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle shipment exceptions, rollovers, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer SOPs.
- Updating of invoicing and shipment closure.
- Update shipment milestones in Logi-sys software systems.
- Maintain operational records and MIS reports.
- Have experience in nomination shipments

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of Ocean Export Operations.
- Experience in handling FCL, LCL, Direct & Cross-Trade shipments.
- Knowledge of HBL, MBL, BL surrender, and telex release procedures.
- Good understanding of Incoterms and international shipping practices.
- Coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software.
