We are seeking a seasoned senior leader to spearhead the Digital Media & Marketing Solutions division, a large, multi-geography managed-services business. This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end P&L;, defining the strategic growth agenda, and leading a senior leadership team to deliver exceptional commercial results and operational excellence across retail media, publisher monetization, adtech, and brand/agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the divisional revenue, profitability, and strategic growth plan, driving sustainable expansion across all service lines.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing senior leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as the executive face of the division.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure robust delivery health across all managed services engagements.
• Establish and enforce the divisional operating rhythm, governance frameworks, and performance review cadences.
• Represent the division to executive leadership, industry analysts, key partners, and prospective clients
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in digital media and ad-operations managed services.
- Proven track record of owning and successfully managing a large, multi-geography P&L.;
- Demonstrated experience in business turnaround initiatives and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep technical fluency across adtech, martech, and AI-led delivery models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-level clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively and collaborate across global time zones and diverse cultural environments.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to define and execute growth strategies in complex, rapid-evolving markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving operational discipline and optimizing delivery excellence across complex service portfolios.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth.
