Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with ICM (Incident Management) module is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
