Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure & IAM Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize secure identity and access management solutions integrated with SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Cloud, IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and enterprise HR and Payroll integrations.The role also requires experience in designing end-to-end Azure-based HR solutions, API integrations, data platforms, analytics, and secure enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable and secure Azure-based IAM and identity solutions.
- Integrate SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and other enterprise identity platforms.
- Configure and manage SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access controls.
- Architect end-to-end Azure-based HR and Payroll solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Design secure and scalable system architectures covering Azure services, SAP platforms, IAM, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for HR and business insights.
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases, queries, data models, and ETL processes.
- Develop and implement integrations using REST APIs, APIs, and Azure integration services.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, compliance, and availability.




- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Establish best practices for identity security, data protection, access governance, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM, Azure, SAP integration, and authentication issues and provide architectural recommendations.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance / Identity Governance.
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure, IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Experience working with SAP ERP / SAP SuccessFactors integrations in large enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of identity security, authentication, authorization, and integration architecture.
