Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality, safety, and timely delivery of MEP works while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of all MEP works across multiple construction projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and monitor MEP project schedules in line with the overall construction program.
- Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment by coordinating with the procurement team.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
- Lead and mentor MEP engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for effective project execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent understanding of MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Robust leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant Indian and international codes and standards.
