Role: Pega CLM/KYC Senior Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pega CLM/KYC Senior Developer with strong expertise in Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade CLM/KYC solutions using Pega.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Pega application development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega CLM/KYC.
- Strong knowledge of the Pega Infinity platform (8.x).
- Experience in Customer Onboarding, KYC, CDD, EDD, Periodic Review, and Remediation.
- Solid understanding of Master Profile, Party Management, and Customer Lifecycle.
- Experience in Pega Case Management.
- Experience with Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, Decision Rules, and Report Definitions.
- Strong knowledge of Rule Resolution and Class Structure.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems such as:
- Sanction Screening
- AML Screening
- Identity Verification
- Document Management

- Good understanding of Pega Security.




- Hands-on experience in debugging using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and PDC.
- Experience with deployment and branch development.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop Pega CLM/KYC applications.
- Customize OOTB CLM/KYC components.
- Develop customer onboarding and KYC workflows.
- Configure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Develop integrations with external AML and screening systems.
- Build reusable components following Pega best practices.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize application performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and architects.
