Key Responsibilities

- Field Verification: Visit candidate addresses, educational institutions, previous employers, and reference contacts for verification purposes.
- Document Collection: Collect, verify, and submit necessary documents as per client requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate verification reports within timelines.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and occasionally interact with client representatives during the verification process.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel across Chennai and nearby areas as required for fieldwork.

Requirements





- 0-2 years of experience in BGV Services or fieldwork roles (Freshers can apply).
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
- Two-wheeler with a valid license is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
