Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic skilled to manage end-to-end local and foreign procurement, vendor development, and product quality tracking for our consumer appliances and solar verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Sourcing & Vendor Management

- Source spares and components globally for water heaters, room heaters, fans, and solar PV systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and periodically update supplier agreements.

2. Procurement & Logistics Execution

- Process POs, manage Proforma Invoices, and prepare documentation for LC/TT banking processes.
- Coordinate with foreign/local suppliers for timely dispatch and head office for customs clearance.
- Track inventory levels to ensure 100% availability of Finished Goods (FG) and spares.
- Oversee the storage, maintenance, and tracking of spare parts.

3. Costing & Financial Coordination

- Prepare tentative costing for new products and actual landing costing for all import consignments.




- Generate part numbers and structural cost sheets for the Accounts & Audit teams.
- Ensure timely execution of vendor payments in coordination with the accounts department.

4. Product Management & Quality Control

- Assist the technical team in developing and upgrading existing consumer appliance models.
- Analyze monthly warranty complaint data provided by the Service Head.
- Coordinate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 6 years in international procurement, import logistics, or sourcing for home appliances/solar industries.
- Key Skills: Import Documentation (LC/TT), Vendor Onboarding, Price Negotiation, Landing Cost Estimation, Inventory Management, Cross-functional Coordination.
- Attributes: High adaptability to handle emergency office administrative tasks and excellent record-keeping skills.
