- Maintain the IAM team s infrastructure with system patches and upgrade following the formal change management process
- Maintain the optimal performance of IAM infrastructure resources by monitoring and assessing hardware/software performance
- Work with different project teams to understand their specific authentication and authorization needs and support them by integrating their applications with the available identity and access solutions
- Evaluate and provide feedback on future authentication and authorization technologies and assess and provide recommendations on their business relevance and deployment
- Provide third-level engineering support to resolve client IAM issues
- Participate in data center load shift and disaster Recovery exercises
- Experience in Azure AD , AD FS or SiteMinder or Open SSO or Ping Federated
- Experience in Web Access Management and Directory Services




- Experience with managing directory services and LDAP authentication (e.g. OAuthv2, OpenID, OpenID Connect, SAML)
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems and analyze the root cause
- We are looking for Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), specifically group and shared mailbox management, SharePoint patch management, and positive in synchronization cycles and roster group administration
