- - Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- - Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- - Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- - Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives
- - Managing large-scale projects and guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios
- - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities
- - Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- - Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- - Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
- - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team effectiveness
- - Making informed decisions to resolve issues impacting team performance
- - Modeling and reinforcing qualified and technical standards within the firm
- - Utilizing financial management software to support budgeting and forecasting activities

What You Must Have

- - At least a Bachelor's degree
- - At least 12 years of experience
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- - Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Central Finance and SAP FICO
- - Utilizing financial transformation strategies to drive business improvements
- - Excelling in financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
- - Leading teams through complex financial system implementations
