Job Requirements*

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP and Prompt Engineering

- Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, and JavaScript/Server-side scripting.
- Configure Now Assist Guardian for offensiveness protection, prompt injection defence, and sensitive data masking.
- Analyse performance via Now Assist Analytics and refine prompts to improve accuracy and response quality.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow releases.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering , NLP, NLU and Virtual Agent.
- Understanding of Knowledge Graph and ServiceNow Data Schema for context-aware AI responses.

Key Responsibilities*

Primary Responsibilities

- Design and develop unit test cases
- Develop and unit test the solution components based on the design
- Create update sets for deployment
- Responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform
- Provide support in resolving issues raised by the UAT teams.
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
- Integrate ServiceNow with Event tools and other to discover the Devices.
- Implement end to end automation and workflow solutions using ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Process Automation, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Integrations.




- Analyse customer requirements, design solution flow/algorithms, and implement them using appropriate ServiceNow capabilities.
- Perform effective problem solving and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues during development.
- Take complete ownership of assigned use cases from design development testing deployment.
- Ensure explicit understanding of Prod vs Non-Prod environments and follow best practices for deployments.
- Build and configure Catalog Items, Flow Designer Flows, and Integration Hub Actions (PowerShell, SSH, REST, JDBC).
- Develop Virtual Agent flows, configure topics, dashboards, Agent Workspace, Service Portal, NLU Models, and UI components.
- Write JavaScript for both Server-Side and Client-Side scripts including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Implement Inbound/Outbound Email Integrations, Notifications, Scripted REST APIs, and third-party integrations using Spokes or ITOM.
- Configure Event Management Rules, Alert Management, and MID Server setups.
- Prepare SOP documentation and conduct demo sessions for stakeholders and customers.
