The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle inflow management, parts and labor margin control, and team management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical engineering.
- 10-12 years of experience in the PV (Passenger Vehicle) segment servicing, with a minimum of 3 years in a team handling role.
- Strong communication skills to promote and conclude deals.
- Proven team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Creativity to develop recent ways of enhancing market share.
- Basic accounting and budgeting skills to ensure profitability of the business.
- Age: 35-40 years.
- Fluency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

- Manage vehicle inflow to optimize parts and labor margin, ensuring profitability of the business.




- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, drive market share growth, and improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, focusing on optimal technician productivity, training, and development.
- Conduct equipment audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement processes to minimize GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the RJC (Regional Joint Committee) and AJC (Area Joint Committee) to drive business growth and improve market share.
- Implement the FIT (First In Time) process to optimize technician productivity and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.
