Job Title: General Manager / Senior Manager Sales & Marketing -Sandwich panel industry (Construction Materials)-South India

Qualification

- Engineering Graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- MBA with specialization in Marketing.

Experience

- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Sandwich panel/any building materials industry in South India.
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Experience in the construction materials, steel buildings, sandwich panels, PUF panels, or related industries is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Technical Knowledge

- Robust understanding of PUF panels, Rockwool panels, cold room systems, and clean room systems.
- Knowledge of building envelope systems for steel buildings.
- Familiarity with insulation properties, GMP requirements, BOQ preparation, costing, and product innovations.

Software Skills

- Experience with ERP and CRM software.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement annual sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive business growth for PUF panels, Rockwool panels, cold room systems, and clean room solutions.
- Identify and track high-value infrastructure projects,



including warehouses, cold storage facilities, clean rooms, industrial sheds, and other industrial developments from the tender stage through project completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Industrial, PEB, Warehousing, Cold Chain, Pharmaceutical, EMS, Infrastructure, and Corporate sectors.
- Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Develop and strengthen the market positioning of the company's products against competitors.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate quality leads.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, networking forums, and customer engagement programs to enhance brand visibility.

Team Leadership & Market Intelligence

- Recruit, mentor, and lead the regional sales and marketing team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product developments.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.

Compensation:15 LPA to maximum gross up to 22 LPA
