Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead digital transformation initiatives for global clients in the Industrial Equipment & Heavy Machinery domain. The ideal candidate will drive digital engineering strategy, solution architecture, presales, and delivery of Industry 4.0 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Define solution architecture for IoT, IIoT, Digital Twin, AI/ML, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Edge Computing.
- Engage with global customers, CXOs, and engineering leaders.
- Lead digital engineering and ER&D; programs from solutioning to delivery.
- Drive presales activities including RFP/RFI responses,



proposals, and customer workshops.
- Build engineering capabilities and establish Centres of Excellence (CoEs).

Required Skills

- 20+ years of experience in Digital Engineering / ER&D.;
- Robust experience in Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, IoT/IIoT, AI/ML, Cloud, and Connected Products.
- Experience in Industrial Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, or Industrial Automation.
- Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Consulting, Delivery Leadership, and Presales.
- Experience working with global customers and delivery teams.
- Valid US Business Visa (Mandatory).
