Skill Required
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Valuable understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Roles & Responsibilities
- Week off depends upon roster/No Fixed Saturday/Sunday & Holiday off.
- Call Coordination, Assignment, Team Management.
- Remote Technical Help to Field Engineers
- Ensure the calls are closed within the SLA timeframes
- Escalate to RC if any assistance is required for any call
- Coordinate with respective Central support teams & vendor for resolving calls
- Ensure timely updates are given to RRL State team on any activities & tasks assigned
