Responsibilities-

Desktop & Laptop Support.

LAN/ WAN configuration and troubleshooting.

Window OS Installation and configuration.

Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Products like Outlook, Team, O365.

co-ordination with Business & NOC team.

Support to Infrastructure projects.

Technology refresh (Desktops, Laptops, Networks)

Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems.

Ensure compliance with security regulations.

Understanding of ticket management tools.

Abilities to understand complex and non-complex system base issues and provide resolutions.

Troubleshoot Hardware & Software related issue.

Provide on-ground technical support on users’ desk.

Qualifications-

12th, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any)

Certifications (Hardware & Networking, MCP’s, MCSA, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL etc).

Skills-

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.





Positive understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Strong personal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.

Strong documentation skills.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Strong customer service orientation.

Establish good working relationships within team and other IT groups that come into daily contact with.

Positive and professional attitude.

Experience -

Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in Information Technology.

Experience in Contact center environment.

Willingness to Work in Shifts.
