- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for web and AI applications.
- Integrate databases, third-party APIs, cloud services and authentication systems.
- Develop reusable, modular and well-tested code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to build end-to-end product features.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Write unit tests and maintain high code quality standards.
- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production applications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
