1. As a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies, daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliveries
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risk
4. Implement change management process to address any scope changes/deviations
5. Report project status, issues, risks to stakeholders/management
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and robust analytical abilities.
