We are looking for experienced professionals to lead Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) coding operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IPDRG coding operations
- Ensure high coding accuracy, quality, and productivity
- Perform audits, quality checks, and compliance monitoring
- Handle complex inpatient coding cases (MS-DRG / APR-DRG)
- Manage and mentor a team of coders and QA analysts
- Drive improvements in TAT, accuracy, and client SLAs
- Coordinate with clients, QA, and operations teams
- Support training, transitions, and process improvements
Experience Required:
Lead: 6+ years in IPDRG coding
Manager:
10+ years in medical coding (strong IPDRG exposure)
Proven experience in team handling and delivery management
Key Skills:
1. Solid expertise in ICD-10-CM / PCS coding
2. Hands-on experience in MS-DRG / APR-DRG assignment
3. Knowledge of coding guidelines & compliance
4. Leadership & stakeholder management
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
Certification (Preferred):
CPC / CCS / CIC
