- 5+ years as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics Business Central
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Supply Chain processes Inventory, Warehousing, Purchasing, Sales Order Processing,Item Costing
- Proven experience working with U.S. and/or Canadian customers (required)
- End-to-end Business Central implementation experience
- Solid client-facing skills — you can sit across from a warehouse manager or a CFO and translate business pain into a system solution
- Comfortable working across time zones with a willingness to work partial U.S. hours
- Exposure to Manufacturing or Distribution environments is a strong plus
- Self-directed and accountable — you don't wait to be told what's next
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
