- Independently handle implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Act as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement in product quality, systems, and organizational performance.
- Plan and conduct QMS Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, product audits, and process inspections in line with applicable quality standards.
- Ensure all quality-related documents (manuals, policies, procedures, processes, and work instructions) are accurate, current, and controlled.
- Lead or assist in root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness verification.
- Provide training and awareness to employees on quality systems and compliance requirements.
- Promote a performance-driven work culture by defining functional objectives and monitoring progress.
- Record, analyze, and distribute quality and performance-related statistical data.
- Coordinate calibration activities for instruments and equipment.
Desired Criteria
- Minimum 4- 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 activities.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred, with experience in conducting supplier and process audits.
- Experience in the Railway domain and safety-critical systems will be an added advantage, including exposure to supplier quality management.
- Positive attitude, solid teamwork skills, and passion for quality excellence.
