Job Description: Bose Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter to join our rapid-growing team. The ideal candidate will handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and delivering high-quality profiles for IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening onboarding
- Perform advanced candidate sourcing using Boolean search techniques
- Manage multiple requirements daily (4+ per day)
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule & close interviews
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality candidates

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 1 - 3+ year experience in Domestic IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work fast-paced and handle multiple priorities
