We are seeking an experienced U.S. Healthcare Operations and RCM Manager to establish and manage ourIndian operations center.

The selected candidate will supervise patient access, appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility, prior authorization, medical billing, AR and denial-management activities. During the initial growth stage, this person will also oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, training, quality assurance and office operations.

Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the day-to-day office operation.
- Recruit, onboard, train and supervise operations employees.
- Manage scheduling, eligibility, prior authorization, billing, AR and denials.
- Create standard operating procedures, scripts, workflows and escalation processes.
- Assign daily workloads and maintain coverage during U.S. business hours.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews and individual coaching.
- Audit calls, scheduling records, insurance verifications, authorizations and billing notes.
- Develop quality scorecards and corrective-action plans.
- Resolve escalated patient, insurance, authorization and billing matters.
- Track attendance, leave, productivity, quality and employee performance.
- Coordinate payroll information with the companys accountant or payroll provider.
- Maintain confidential employee records and employment documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, performance-improvement plans and disciplinary documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and separation, including system-access changes.
- Create new-hire, compliance and refresher-training programs.
- Coordinate office vendors, equipment, internet, backup power and night transportation.
- Maintain business-continuity and incident-escalation procedures.
- Prepare weekly performance and management reports for U.S. leadership.
- Protect confidential business, employee and patient information.

Required Qualifications

- Seven or more years of U.S. healthcare BPO or RCM experience.
- At least three years of operations-management experience.
- Strong knowledge of eligibility, prior authorization, billing, AR and denials.
- Experience managing recruitment, training, quality and employee performance.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work U.S. Central Time hours.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience establishing or expanding an operations center.
- Physician-practice RCM experience.
- Experience with primary care or surgical practices.
- Experience managing night-shift employees and transportation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-oriented confidentiality and security procedures.
