We are hiring a Business Development Executive Hyderabad to drive growth for our Contract Staffing & Recruitment business across the Pharma, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, and Engineering sectors in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop current business opportunities and client relationships.
-Promote contract staffing, recruitment, and manpower solutions
-Identify and secure projects with Pharma, EPC, industrial, and engineering companies
-Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
-Coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver client requirements
Requirements:
-Proven experience in Business Development / Staffing Sales with minimum of 5+ years
-Strong network in Pharma, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable, or Engineering industries in Hyderabad
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
