Role : SuccessFactors - EC with TimeOff/TimeTracking/TimeSheet - Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant having 7 8 years of implementation experience with strong expertise in Employee Central, Time Management (Time Off, Timesheet and Time Tracking) and People Analytics to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the comp process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Solution Delivery

- Lead or support endtoend implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management (Time Off, Timesheet and Time Tracking) and People Analytics modules.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, gather functional requirements, and document solution design.
- Serve as the functional lead for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management, responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Lead full lifecycle EC and Time Management implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, UAT, cutover, and postgolive support.
- Provide expert guidance on EC functionality, data models, workflows, business rules, foundation objects, and integration touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
- Conduct client demos, system walkthroughs, and configuration review sessions.

2. AMS Support / Production Support

- Hands on with EC, Time Management, People Analytics implementations & Support.




- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, role-based permissions, accrual rule, PEP rule and take rules.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC, Time Management and People Analytics Certification.
- Knowledge on LMS/IAS will be added advantage.

3. Testing & Deployment

- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.
- Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
- Work with QA teams and customer testers to ensure solution quality.
- Support cutover planning, template deployment, and go-live activities.

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Collaborate closely with HR business teams, Employee Central & Time Management SMEs, HRIS teams, and global process owners.
- Serve as a functional advisor to customers on best practices for Employee Central.
- Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide recommendations.

5. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain configuration workbooks, FSDs, change request documents, and process documentation.
- Ensure implementation and support activities comply with client security and audit requirements.
- Provide user training, quick reference guides, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience





Functional Expertise

- 7+ years of hands-on experience more onto implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management and People Analytics.
- Expertise in data migration, including mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
- Hands on with more on EC, Time Management, People Analytics implementations & minimum on to Support.
- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, role-based permissions, accrual rule, PEP rule and take rules.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC, Time Management and People Analytics Certification.
- Knowledge on LMS/IAS will be added advantage.
