Collects and consolidates HR data from various sources to simplify the sources of people data provided to the organisation Maintains and supports detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, performance and future needs Ensures data accuracy and consistency by validating data from relevant sources against global standards and models Maintains data structures and configurations, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits, and fosters a data-driven culture by promoting system adoption Ensures data processes, standards, and best practices are documented and followed,
