- Position B: Functional Lead Global Payroll Transformation, EMEA/APAC (8+ years)

Position A: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR & Absence Management

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM solutions across multiple project types. The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in Core HR and Absence Management, spanning implementation, enhancement, support, upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives. Exposure to additional HCM modules is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; convert them into functional specifications
- Drive functional design discussions and recommend best-fit PeopleSoft HCM solutions
- Support full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, production support, upgrades/PUM, data conversion/migration, integrations, and transformation initiatives
- Configure and support Core HR and Absence Management modules
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and downstream process impacts
- Collaborate with technical teams on development, integrations, interfaces, and reporting
- Prepare FDDs, test scenarios, test scripts; support UAT
- Support defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution




- Conduct stakeholder discussions, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions

Required Skills

- 10+ years functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM
- Strong expertise in Core HR and Absence Management
- Experience across implementation, support, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects
- Experience preparing BRDs, FDDs, test cases, and UAT documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies

Position B: Functional Lead – Global Payroll Transformation (EMEA/APAC)

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Lead to spearhead a critical Payroll Transformation project across EMEA and APAC regions. This role focuses on redesigning and optimizing business processes within PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM, specifically targeting complex vendor integrations, bridging business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit existing payroll and benefits workflows; design and implement future-state processes to resolve global integration issues




- Act as primary liaison between payroll vendors, developers, and business users for accurate, timely data flows (inbound/outbound)
- Author FDDs, end-to-end test plans, and test scripts for multi-country rollouts
- Partner with development teams to evaluate technical builds; troubleshoot Application Engine and SQR logic
- Manage complex configurations within PeopleSoft 9.2 Global Payroll and Benefits modules for diverse regional requirements

Required Skills

- 8+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, focused on Global Payroll and Benefits
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
- Functional understanding of PeopleSoft technical architecture (Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker)
- Proven track record managing integrations between PeopleSoft and 3rd-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Alight, or regional providers)
- Expert-level UAT and regression testing experience in a global environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical issues for business users

Good to Have

- Experience with APAC/EMEA payroll regulatory landscape (GDPR compliance, local tax reporting)
- Prior experience in a "fix-it" or transformation environment rather than steady-state maintenance
- Strong root-cause analysis skills for failed integration files or data discrepancies
